3 lbs to my goal weight!!!!

johnsae MARRIED!!!! Member since 3/05 6258 total posts Wedding Date: 5/6/2006 5:00 PM Wed. Location: Capitale	3 lbs to my goal weight!!!! Girls...all the hard work is finally paying off!!! This morning I weighed myself and I've lost 7 lbs since the beginning of January. I've been exercising a lot (Tae bo) and really watching my portion sizes. I still allow myself to cheat every now and then, but instead of 2 brownies I'll have 1.....it's working, it's working!!
