I've been living on the 100 calorie Oreo/Wheat Thins/Chips Ahoy/Fruit Snack packs; also the small Dole fruit cup/pear slices and raw carrots.

Re: The diet starts tomorrow
Me too. I have not even started to diet and my wedding is in 109 days! I don't have alot to lose (maybe 5 - 10) But isn't that the hardest weight to lose?
And I just had a big piece of Godiva chocolate cheesecake

Re: The diet starts tomorrow
Girls, I hear you. I want to lose 13 pounds. Last year I reached lifetime mebership at WW, now I'm 13 pounds over my goal, and this is the time I desperately need to be back at my goal. Grrrr..... We can do it!!!!!! It's all about better choices. I'm so trying to control my cravings.

Re: The diet starts tomorrow
My goal was 30lbs, but right now I'll be happy with 15-20 lbs at this rate. I've lost 3lbs so far without really trying!!
Graham crackers are good to snack on, as are raisins and other dried fruits. I used to love getting dried apricots and pineapple.
Also english muffins are a good substitute for bread or bagels in the morning. Just spread some preserves on them and you're ready to go!!
My only snack lately has been the rice krispy treats that they keep here at work, and those are 90 calories. But my diet will be killed this week by birthday cake. (FH's birthday is on Friday)

Re: The diet starts tomorrow
you girls should check out the slim down board- we have a lot of good info over there!
and we post works outs and stuff
eating right is more important then working out- working out is important- but what you eat has a greater impact on your body

Re: The diet starts tomorrow
What was said about working out is completely true. I work out four times a week. I haven't lost a pound. I need to cut back on fat and calorie intake... that's the biggie.
