For those on WW core
I've been doing flex for a while and not losing. Can you explain core to me, I lost the booklet that explains it. Thanks!

I do flex, but I can explain core.
On core, you have a list of foods that you are permitted to eat in almost unlimited quantities. These are called "core foods" and can be found in the book. You also get flex points for the week to use for non-core foods. Additionally on core you must find a way to incorporate oil (I think 2 tsp) daily. Everyone I know who did core got the oil through salad dressing.

I generally prefer the flex plan, but here are the important rules for the core plan:
The Core Plan has 2 major rules 1. Eat as much of the Core Foods as you need to feel satisfied. 2. If you want to eat foods that are not on the Core Food List, use your weekly POINTS Allowance.
