Buff Brides: The book
Has anyone used this? It's the book with the bride who has a weight in one hand and bouquet in the other.
I bought it over the summer and started it, then got a cold (and lazy) and stopped after two weeks. I started up the 12-week "crash course" this week. I like it because I work out a lot of muscle groups, but don't get as sore as with a trainer.
Anyone have results to share?

Re: Buff Brides: The book
Someone from work gave me the book as well as a few other wedding related books. I haven't really looked at it yet!
I was going to the gym for awhile at lunch but, I've slacked off the past couple of months with moving and not being able to get into the class I like because of all of the New Years Resolutioners!

Re: Buff Brides: The book
I bought the book and just reread it this weekend. They are the same basic excercises that I have done with a trainer before. The good thing about it is that you only need an exercise ball and 3 sets of weights to start training at home, which i know for me is a good option. going to the gym is such an ordeal but doing somehting for half hour at night seems more reasonable.
