NWR Job drama!

About a year ago I started working for a company part-time off-site. They asked me to help out at the main office 2 days a week, but my job title would still be my part-time one, so I wouldn't get all of the benefits a full-time person would. I agreed cause this was my first job out of college ( I gradated in 04) I love my part-time job, I do a lot of community events and I hated the filling in job. Mainly because there wasn't much to do and I felt like the only reason I was there was to do the stupid work the office coordinator didn't want to do. So I brought it up with my boss a few weeks ago because I started graduate school this semester and am taking 3 classes. I knew that with the stress of the classes, I would prefer not to work those extra 2 days so I could have time for school work (and planning the wedding ) We agreed to tell the office coordinator it was mostly because of school stuff and not her, but honestly school just topped off the cake.So she said it was okay and we agreed that I would go part-time starting the week of Feb. 27th. But now my supervisor just called to tell me that my boss is trying to get my job to be full-time! I am so confused as to what I should do. I'm back in school to become a teacher and eventually will have to leave this job because of things like student teaching. It's nice though that they value my work to get me full-time, but I'm confused. What should I do??

it sounds like you really want to be a teacher & this job is just extra $$ , think about it & talk with FH & decide what YOU want
