Hi i was looking at East Wind has any one been there for a wedding or have any info? Thanks for your help.

I am getting married there in May 07' in the Estate room. I fell in love with the place as soon as I pulled up. There is also a great review on the BHB from someone that had their wedding there in Nov I believe.

Heard nothing but great things about it from various people that have been there also

We also booked the Estate for our wedding! I fell in love with all of East Wind! It's just the perfect place I dreamed to have my wedding. Everyone there is really nice and friendly and they actually worked with us around the price and guarantee number. Don't be afraid to let them know your concerns- everyone is just so great!!! We actually met with the wedding coordinator last week and he was awesome too- he even set up photographer appointments for us! I can't say enough about the place!!!

I did not look at that room, only the Inn and Estate room.
They are all beautiful

I have my wedding booked for there in the Northampton room at the Inn. I have been there for a few weddings and absolutely love it there.

As for the Country Gardens room - I haven't been in that room in the last few years - but my Aunt had her wedding in there - and it was absolutely gorgeous.

i have also booked my wedding at the Estate. You should definately go to one of there bridal shows...you can taste all the food(which is really good). I dealt with Mike when I went there, he is a great guy and very helpful. good luck!

Im getting married there in July 2007! I have been to a wedding there, and when i got engaged, i knew thats where i wanted to be married!

I am having my ceremony there and that is also another thing I loved about that place was the outside ceremony facilities. They have their own greenhouse on site and the entire place is filled with Flowers.
If it rains (Let's hope it does not), they can move the ceremony inside with no problem

East Wind ROCKS!!! i am getting married at the North hampton room in May 2007. I absoultly fell in love with everything when i went to visit...the staff and the place is just breath taking!! Good luck and if you are thinking about booking this as your hall..def go to their showcase on Feb 19th..you can sample the food, hear bands and see alot of vendors! GOOD LUCK!!

I was just going to suggest that you go to the Bridal Showcase this Sunday. When we went to one a few months back, we fell in love with it!! I didn't get to see the Country Gardens because it was already booked for my day and it would have been too small for the number of people we are having, but I'm sure it's beautiful! i went to a wedding there several years ago. it was very elegant!

i also remember east wind serving an unbelievable amount of food at the cocktail hour and the reception!!! my fiance (from colorado) thought that the cocktail hour was the entire dinner! LOL! the food was yummy too!

When I went to East Wind I asked about the Estate and I saw the 2 Hotel rooms. I never saw the country gardens, nor did I know they exist. Can you tell me about them? Is it a different separate building? Do you know if it is more expensive than the estate....Now I need to go back out there....Thank you

The Country Gardens is nice and a separate building . Your cocktail hour is in another build from the dinner. The CG is smaller than the other rooms, I think they hold about 150 maybe 165. I believe that the CG is less expensive than any other room at East Wind. I hope that helps.
