Slipper and Bathroom baskets....
Where do I put the slipper basket at the reception? Do you label it or something? for a party of a lil over 200 how many do I buy? Are they white and black??
Also, is there a poem for the bathroom basket? What do you put in it?

do a search on slipper baskets...there are a million threads on this topic and some list several poems to use...so cute.
some girls put them in the ladies room...i read one girl put them near the dance floor b/c she said all the little old ladies who weren't even dancing saw them in the ladies room first and then there weren't enough for all the younger dancing girls.....i still think i'd leave them in the ladies room though - i wouldn't want them sitting out in my reception room.

I had two baskets and I put one in each ladies room with a little poem I got off of here. I had 150 guests and I had 80 pairs and that was plenty.

I wouldnt put my slippers in the bathroom because people with a sense of entitlement might take more than one pair - especially since I bought three colors. I am simply having the waitstaff distribute them towards the middle of the wedding.
