I don’t know if you guys remember, but back in August my mom fell off of a 6 foot ladder while she was cleaning the sky lights in our living room. She broke her elbow and dislocated it and later found out that she broke her ankle in 2 spots (nice work Brookhaven Hospital…they didn’t even know she broke her ankle). She found out about 2 weeks ago that she tore cartilage in her knee so she is having surgery today. I have taken today and tomorrow off from work to stay home and care for her (along with my dad). Please send prayers my mom’s way for a speedy recovery.
Mom is home and she is doing fine! The doctor showed up 2 hours late and she had to sit in the pre-op room in scrubs! My dad wasnt happy. They said that she did a lot of damage to her knee, but they think they were able to fix most of it!!! She'll be recovering for the next few days. Thanks for the well wishes girls!!!!
