Depending on the Church, for RC's most of them require all the sacraments (up until Marriage, of course), Baptism, Communion and Confirmation. Only some may require one of the three, or even two of the three, but if you must get married in an RC church, then he or you would need to be Baptized and whatever else the Church requires. You would also have to go through Pre Cana.
The other option is going to a Church that is not RC, which I don't think requires this to marry you, but don't quote me on it. We're getting married in an RC church, so that's all I know of! Sorry if this doesn't help at all!

Catholic churches will welcome you - they allow interfaiths! My mom married my dad over 30 years ago in the catholic church and they were more strict back then and she was not catholic at the time. Jews get married in the catholic church...they will have you as long as one of you has received the sacraments and is catholic.
