Summer wedding ideas....?

My wedding is in August and I am having the hardest time thinking of bouquet, centerpiece and favor ideas. What are other summer brides doing? Hint: I am on a tight budget and would really like to use candles for the centerpieces (FH's family owns a candle company). Thanks everyone!! :)

Summer wedding ideas....?

Im a July Bride and these are my ideas: The theme is summer garden. For centerpieces we are using all types of summer flowers of all colors in a simple bubble vase. Sunflowers, roses, hydrangia, etc.. my bouquet will be lilies and roses (white and yellow with green accent leaves - colors are green and yellow) we are using candles as are place card holders and at the table there will be a candle holder in a box. What candle compnay does your FH family own...Im still looking for the candles. good luck and happy planning

Summer wedding ideas....?

My very good friend had a beach themed wedding last year. It was beautiful. She gave away Suncatchers as favors. Which were a very unique and pretty idea. Mine hangs in my window. Her centerpieces were large hurricane lamps with white candles. Around the candles were beach greenery, sea shells and some summer flowers. The BMs wore a very pretty sand color- a tanish gold color. You can also just use Sunflowers in a simple vase with votive candles on the tables. And have the girls carry wild flowers tied with a ribbon.
