Baking a chocolate cake while babysitting...BIG MISTAKE!
I stayed the weekend at my uncles house in SI babysitting my godchildren...and I am surprising my uncle (who is only 7 years my sr. and more like an older brother) with a chocolate birthday cake...from scratch...
needless to say, it smells like heaven in here and I am about to go NUTS!!!! PMS and chocolate cake....it's a deadly combination!

I am about to make the icing...."perfectly chocolate" 
I am also going to have a salami and provolone sandwich...and completely blow the "good eating" LOL
