1 BIG YEAR!!!
CAN I SAY ON MY GOD!!! I HAVE SO MUCH GOING ON THIS YEAR, I CANT EVEN REMEMBER MY SELF HALF THE TIME.
I HAVE 4 WEDDINGS, NOT INCLUDING MINE IN OCTOBER
1-30TH B-DAY PARTY
2-40TH B-DAY PARTY
MY MOMS 60TH PARTY
2-BABY SHOWERS
& TO INCLUDE ALL THE BRIDAL SHOWERS & THE WORST IM IN 2 OF THE WEDDINGS...
I JUST HAD A QUESTION FOR YOU GIRLS: DO YOU THINK IM CRAZY FOR GETTING MAD AT MY COUSIN WHO IS GETTING MARRIED THE DAY BEFORE ME 10/6/06? WHICH WE ALL JUST FOUND OUT, THAT HE PLANNED! HE KNEW THAT, WE HAVE BEEN ENGAGED FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS...IM VERY UPSET & PISSED...

I'd be pissed. Out of all the dates of the year they have to pick the day before yours? Who does that? As for the rest of your year - I don't envy you one bit. You have so much going on!

No, you have every right to be mad. You have had the date for much longer than they have, and they should have picked a different weekend to get married. Can you talk to him about it? Have they picked the hall yet? It may be hard for your families to attend two weddings in one weekend, especially for you since your wedding is the day after his

As for your cousin booking their wedding the day before yours, I would be upset, but there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. People are going to do what they want REGARDLESS. Your family is going to have an awesome weekend though

You have EVERY right to be pissed. Who plans a wedding the day before someone elses in the family? That's craziness. Does your cousin live close by or would some people have to travel to a different state to attend his and then yours?

I'd be pissed too!  My cousin did that to her brother, when she wasn't even engaged yet! Her bro announced his date at dinner, and she got all nasty and was like, "well, we're planning our date for 2 weeks after that." I ended up not going to either wedding, but even my grandma who has $$ was pissed at her for being like that! But don't let your cousin take your thunder! You'll still have the respect of the family when it's all said and done!

I'd be so pissed at my cousin. I definately wouldn't go, even if it was in my hometown. The night before your wedding is for relaxation.
I hear ya about all the weddings and everything else going on. When does it end? We have 4 weddings in June alone.
