Yesterday and today are the BEST DAYS EVER!!
this Morning i woke up 10 POUNDS AWAY FROM MY GOAL WEIGHT!! I can SO loose 10lbs in 4 months!!! Today is my official 4 mo mark!! AND YESTERDAY 3 women that I have know for YEARS that have NEVER said anything about my weight said "Wow, Eleanor, you look skinny!!!" It like made my year! I mean I am far from skinny, but no ones used that word to drscribe me since HS!!! YAY!!

That is so awesome! I am trying to lose 10lbs myself. I have 3 1/2 months. Besides cutting portions, and working out 3 x a week, any tips as to how you are taking off the weight?
