What is everyone doing for valentines day?
Anyone have any plans yet? Some of us will be having our first V-day as a wife, and others, this is the last one before you get the wife card!
We arent really do much on the actual day of...exchange small presents, and cards. He will make dinner, rent a movie. The weekend following we are going into the city to see I love you, your perfect, now change, and have dinner at carmines.

Not doing too much!!! FH & I will be 7 weeks to the wedding at that point...Probably just dinner at home & then just relax!!!!

On V-day we'll probably just go out to dinner. But the weekend following (the 3 day weekend) we are going to the B&B in Mystic where we got engaged

Not sure yet but, he's planning on doing something special for me since it's our first v-day living together (I was kind of surprised because we never made a huge deal of the day in the past).

We won't even see each other because he lives upstate and has to work, but we're trying to make plans for me to come up the weekend after and we will probably go out to dinner and celebrate then.

we're having a group dinner at Xaviar's in piermont. it's none of our first vday as a wife / husband. we're using vday as an excuse for all of us to have dinner there. it is a very romantically decorated restaurant. very private, intimate and never having to bend back and forth while waving your hand up in the air to get your server's attn. i def recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves the art of food. everything on the menu's wonderdul but i suggest the tasting menu. you get a taste of everything the chef himself makes you. *i'm not snotty, really. i just love food. i have the tummy to show!

Either ordering in or making a nice dinner. We'll go out to a nice palce over the weekend. I hate going out on V-Day, it's always so crowded.

I love Carmines!! We are going out to dinner the weekend before to a nice place with a few other couples. Its kind of a tradition, we have been doing it for 3 years now!

i'll be home alone :( fi will be away on business. actually, i will be away for a grad school interview 2/9-2/12 and he will be away on business 2/11-2/17!!! i've never gone without seeing him for more than a day or two in like 5 years!!! its gonna be rough :( ~lacey
