I cant change my Chat Avatar!!!
Everytime I delete the chat avatar I have, And put a new one, my old one appears!!! Any Suggestions?

Go to tools then synchronize. If its your home page click that if not offline web pages and or online web pages. This was the only way it worked for me. Good Luck!!

Thanks girls. I am just going to leave it, Hopefully my new one will Magically appear! The weird thing is I tried from my laptop and my old picture isn't even saved on it, and it still comes up. Weird right?

ok
go to your account and click the box that says delete currrent...then scroll down and click update my account...this will delete the one you have
Then browse and add the new one and click update my account again

I see that you are using an email AOL address. In the event you are using AOL to connect to the internet as well, you are probably just experiencing the effects of AOL's proxy caching system. AOL servers cache (or store) internet files (such as your avatar) that have been requested via their online service, then feed them to their users when they are requested again. They do this rather than making a trip to the current file on our server in an effort to conserve their bandwidth usage. In a nutshell, it may take a day or so for you to see the updated image. The image you emailed to us is in fact that one that is currently appearing as your chat avatar to everyone else. If you are interested in clearing your browser cache, check out some of these Yahoo search results.
