You could use:
forrest or emerald green
shades of blue
gold
silver
shades of purple
I used silver, navy and whites (from bright white to cream).

I used Burgundy for the dresses and black and white for the tables. The flowers were peach and ivory roses.

i would have loved to do a winter wedding but FH really wanted a summer wedding. Silver, Ice Blue and really light purple would be very cute, with a snowflake theme/decor

I did all white flowers on the tables
black satin and velvet BM dresses
Silver tie and accents
red flowers for the BM and GM
white flowers for me

I just did what I liked, not worrying too much about the season. My BMs wore Victorian Lilac. For the tables we had deep shades of pinks and purples, plus some black magic roses.

I was really tossed up between a spring and winetr wedding..We went with Spring for various reasons, but everyone does red for winter...I have seen pics where they used "ice blue" color , and it looked amazing--Its like that baby blue color, but has a silver tinge to it...Check it out--I think you will like it, and good luck to you!

Winter Wedding with out Red as the main color lets see, you could go with
1. Burgundy and Gold
2. Deep Blue with Silver with a hint of White
3. Emerald Green and Black
4. Emerald Green with Gold and Red
5. Gold and Silver with Red
6. White , like a winter wonderland with CP of willow and white spray with pine cones

I love the various shades of blue ranging from light blue to teal to royal to navy with touches of silver is beautiful... and the bouquets can be something completely contrasting like red or keep them all white and have the girls in royal blue dresses.
