Fortunoff Shopping and Registry Lesson For Brides....
Two things I want to pass on (wow, i feel like an oldie)....
1. Went to Fortunoff's and we saw a great dining room set - very modern, glass top - awesome and it was on sale for MLK day. With our Gift Certficates, it would be FREE. But we didn't have them with us. Instead of getting a card from someone I just wrote down the price and left. Went back this past Saturday and bought it and thought the extra 400 was for shipping/tax. Came home... realized that it was on sale for $400
LESS....
FH didn't think I could get it adjusted... but I persevered and won out. Fortunoff's told me that what I should have done was gotten a card with the "sale" price and they would have honored it when I came back....
So that's my Fortunoff's shopping lesson.
2. My registry lesson is..... after your shower... FILL YOUR REGISTRY BACK UP. I went through it again and deleted stuff we didn't need (after returning a LOT of my gifts and realizing that I don't cook). Then I placed new things I forgot about - or the new things they have.
Some people who aren't coming have gone on the registries and bought us some items... which is great! So I am glad that I updated it...
Ok, taking off my "teacher" robe now...

First off, congrats on getting the sale price on the dining set!!! I knew you could do it!! Frank must be so proud 
That is a good thing with the registry too!!! People that are not attending might opt to send a gift!!!

they adjusted the couch I got from them last year
I didn't even get it delivered yet and they price went down $500
then I had a problem with my cutlery block- the manager went to the warehouse- looked thru 18 boxes and picked me out the best one
now that's customer service!

yeah, my dining set hasn'tbeen delivered yet... but it was a crazy four day sale that i missed... thank goodness i took notes!
