Is Anyone Looking For A Home In Manorville?
My FI is a broker and has a listing in Manorville for a 3BR 1BTH split ranch. This is a starter home that needs updating but everything is working and can be moved into right away. The property size is 1 acre and it has a pool. Just thought I would put it on here if someone is interested because my FI told me that it is a good deal. Asking price is $349,000. My FI told me that there is a decent amount of negotiating room though. FM me only to get more info please. Thanks.

I would normally agree, but it's on 1 acre. that is a LOT for anywhere on LI.

Is it a cleared flat 1 acre? If you need to clear it or level it, it cost money.

Well I do think that is a little high. I am selling my 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse which is in a gated community and has all new appliances and heating system. In move in condition for $349000. Our community also has 2 pools, full gym, basketball, tennis and boci ball courts.
