A bachelorette party for a married "bride"?
My best friend decided to get married in Vegas last May. I only found out a couple of days beforehand. Her sister and I threw her a bachelorette party at the last minute but it was just four of us that went out.
Now, she's planning big church wedding and reception for July.
We are throwing her a shower since she never had one, but do you think we should throw her another bachelorette party since she's married already?
What would you do?

Maybe you can have a dinner for her bachelorette... does everyone know she is married already?

I would. Heck shes wearing white to the wedding and she isn't a virgin, why not throw her a bachelorette party. As long as her husband doesn't mind I don't see the big deal.

Thanks for the ideas!
I don't think her husband wants anything for himself, but I would like to do something nice for her.

Have you thought about dinner and a show? those are a lot of fun!
I took some friends to see Bingo the musical and we had a great time. We got to play Bingo at the show and the one of my friends won $15!
I found out about the show by doing an online search for bachelorette parties ... hope this helps!

My cousin got married in City Hall and a yr later had the church wedding. We threw her a shower and the BM took her out to the city for dinner and dancing in alimo.

Re: A bachelorette party for a married "bride"?
I would! But maybe feel her out to see what's she thinking. If she doesn't want to do a crazy night out, maybe do a spa day and dinner or weekend trip somewhere fun.
Good luck!

I got married in a civil ceremony in Oct, but my BM's are still planning a bash for me, and FH is having one too, strippers and all! It's like a rite of passage!
