Beach Reception?
My bestfriend just got engaged and really would love a beach wedding....Anyone know of a beach where we can set up tents...dance floor...etc....
Any help would be great.... I got married a long time ago so alot has changed....

i believe you can pretty much have a beach wedding anywhere, as long as you get permits. Tell your friend to look into it because sometimes to rent the tent, dance floor, chairs, tables, permits, etc... it can be more expensive that having it at a reception hall. Just have her look into reception halls on the water.

You might also want her to consider a random weekday. Public beaches will be full of public people on weekends...
Also- this was my original dream wedding, tell her to look at Gurneys Inn in Montauk.
