Re: Weight Watchers Core Plan
I am on the WW Core Plan too!!!
For snacks you can have 94% popcorn (and you can add the fat-free spray butter)
You can have fat-free sugar-free jello
You can have fat-free sugar free pudding
For dinner:
you can have whole wheat pasta, brown rice OR potatoes - (in any way - mashed, baked, boiled) along with your protein - chicken, pork, steak, beef, fish, etc.)
the hard part is having the whole wheat pasta, brown rice OR potatoes once a day - I like to have it for dinner so that Im not soo hungry at night and dont snack tooo much ...
hope this was helpful!!

Re: Weight Watchers Core Plan
the core plan is a list of food that you can eat - in any variations - my fmil calls it a "modified atkins"
theres no bread, but also no counting points bc you can just eat whats on the list ... all fruits, all veggies, all meats and fish.
and as far as carbs go you can have brown rice, potatoes, or whole wheat pasta - as long as its once a day ...

They are skinny cow. I HATED them at first but you get used to them and they satisfy that sweet craving.
I am doing the points system. I got sick of doing the same old same old..
So for snacks now....my new kick of the week or the fat free....i think lighty salted rice caks and I spread reduced fat peanut butter on them...I don't remember but they are 1 or 2 points.....

I though you can have the bread or any other carb on the list as long as you count it for your 35 points a week allowance--- unless they changed it?
ETA: Snacks- frguits, veggies, fat free sugar free yogurt (maybe throw a banana in there)

Re: Weight Watchers Core Plan
yes - if you have bread(or anything else) it counts as the 35 allowed flex points you have for the week
