I know Caffe on the Green holds receptions, and Terrace on the Park.

Caffe of the Green is really nice. There is also Douglaston Manor and Verdi's in Whitestone. There is also a place right on the water in Long Island City and I can't remember the name!

The Water's Edge is the one in Long Island City and it's amazing!!! But very pricey!! We did my sister's 30th bday there. Food and service was great we went back for her husbands' bday cause they gave us some gift certificates cause we had 3 people cancel last mintue on us. The best views you can ask for of NYC!!!
