NWR: Selling my house
I just needed to vent. My FH told me he wouldn't mind living with my mom so we decided to buy a MD or 2 family house all together. We found one within a week of looking and went into full contract the week of Thanksgiving. It is contingent on the sale of my mother's house. I have shown the house SO much in the past 2 months and only one offer for 290 when asking price was 334! We said 319 and they won't come above 300!!!! Im getting scared, I don't want to lose that other house. Thanks for listening...

rocky point, but the nicer part...its on mls...listed for 329 limit search to new listings...lots of pics there...

Where in Suffolk in Rocky Point? I can't believe someone wouldn't pay $319,000 for that house. It seems like quite the bargain actually.

it looks very nice
maybe find out what other houses in the neighborhood are listed for- other people might be dropping there prices
your real estate agent should be able to do this for you
times are changing to a buyers market
