OUCH! THOSE DARN PINS! My first fitting with pics and special guest!
Ok so as if today wasn't hard enough... my sister and I went for my first fitting to be met by Janna. The fitting was an experience I wanted to share with my mom but obviously could not. We got word that mom was out of surgery just as we were on our way to Bridal Relflections. It was a relief and the process of alterations and bustling was simple and rather efficient. The seamstress was great. She knew her stuff and by sewing cups in my dress, she gave me BOOBIES!!! I told her I wanted to marry HER! (Well not really!) Kudos to Bridal Reflections yet again, for a great experience!
I want to thank Janna for coming out on a lousy night and Andrew for taking her to help me. Janna was a great support and a great second eye to my sister.
PICS:
(Please forgive my lack of make up - it was sort of a rough day)
Pic #1 - Side view! (pinned up all over on the top and under my bust)
Pic #2 - Front view with veil and special guest BKto LI! (still pinned up just before I stuck myself with the pins on the shoulders)
Pic #3 - Back view and bustled! (the back neckline and the lower part of the back are pinned and will be cut then reseamed so the back will lay as flat on my back as possible.

I have to laugh at the arrow to me sitting in the corner!!!
Hey, I had to be there for you!! You were there for me, and I know it's been a rough time for you....and what are friends for??
Everything was perfect, the only suggestion I would have made was to make sure where the dress pins on your shoulder is towards the top.

Just so you know, the train is not centered. It is an asymetrical train. Actually, its TWO trains. One that is rathrer angular on top and the other is rounded underneath. This is how it will look unbustled so the bustling wont be even 100%. And if my guests wanna look at my butt all night more power to them. Knock yourselves out!

I did say that to her and if need be, ill do it when i go back. I think it will fall differently once the back neckline is trimmed.
