Invitation help! Online versus stationery store?

Hi,

I'm getting married in April 06 and I need some advice. I found a few great invites at invitationconsultants.com. This weekend was going to be the weekend that we purchased the ones we liked, but my fiance completely freaked me out. He's worried that since we don't know anything about invitations, we'll miss something if we order online. Also that if we go to store they are experts and will help us with things like the best font to use, what we need to include and all the basic information that we might be clueless about. My question is: if you bought online, what steps do you use to insure that you got everything you wanted? And which do you recommend, online or going to a store?

Since most stores and websites have similar invites, I'd suggest going to a store first to see what invitations you like in person, check out the fonts, colors, etc.. & ask questions about the things you're unsure about - wording, etc.
Then go online, see what quote you get for the same invites and either order them online or go into the store and see if they'll match the price you found.
I went to a store and they matched the price I found online. People have good experiences with both, I do prefer to see things in person before I buy them though. So if you can get the invites you want, for the price you're looking for both online and in the store, then my suggestion would be to get them in person, just my personal preference.
