NWR: A cool website for those of us trying to lose the holiday bulge!
www.fitday.com is a good website that i found. It is basically a fitness journal that you can log in what you eat each day, what type of work out you do, and your weight loss goals. You can put i your weight now and want yo want to weigh by a certain date and it tells you how many pounds you have to lose a week!!

fitday is great - just a note though - I'm not so sure I'd trust their calorie counts, especially on the exercise. It never seemed quite right to me, and it never matched up with what the counter on my elliptical told me.
it's still a great resource for regulating yourself though.
