Our church is in Dix Hills. My aunt is also looking for a place to have a RD for her son's (my cousin's) wedding and they live in West Babylon.

here are a few--i've been to all of them and they're all great.
1] Ciao Baby in Commack is phenomenal
2] Pumpernickel's in northport is fantastic
3] Mill Pond in Centerport--awesome <it's next door to the centerport fire dept and the thatched cottage>
4] Blue honu in huntington is great and has a nyc vibe to it
5] Nocello's in Northport <off of 25 A>
Hope that helps--and none of them are too far from the Dix Hills area

I second Nocello - my shower was there and it was phenomanal!
I think Ciao Baby in Commack closed though.
