What gifts are you giving your bridal party?

and how much are you looking to spend? I'm not sure what to give and how much to spend.
I have 5 bridesmaids and 1 Maid of honor.

My FH got awesome gifts for his groomsman... on black friday, we went to best buy and he got them all portable dvd players (they were on sale for $70 each).

For the BM's... i'm totally lost. I want to get them something equally awesome, but i have no clue (keep in mind i have 7 BM's and 7 GM).

I'm hoping not to spend more than $100 on each girl.

i'm not getting my bm any gifts, i am paying for their dresses and their hair/makeup. it comes to around $200 a person.

for the gm, we plan on putting together gifts that will be about $150-200 each.

wow you guys are spending alot... I got my girls a necklace and earring set which came to $ 20.00 ( ihave 6 girls) and we are getting the guys a beer mug with a case of beer so it will be about 30.00 each.. we got the flower girls a book and stuffed animal, and the ringbearer a book as well.. all in all it came to 350.00

I'm going to pay for their hair/makeup or a gc to a spa for a massage/mani/pedi.

I spent about $100 on each BM and $200 for the MOH. I got each girl a Swarovski necklace, red ballet slippers for the reception, lotion from Bath and Body Works and a Frédéric Fekkai shampoo gift set.

I had three women in my party. I paid for hair and make up and got them gift cards to stores they liked. (I used my discover card points for these).

Don't sweat the gifts though.

I'm most likely getting my BM's coach wrislets to match there dresses and a pashmina. I'm paying for my MOH's dress and giving her the same as my bm's.I'm only having 4 bm's so it's not that much to me.

For my girls (there are 4 plus my MOH)

Personalized zip-up beach bag, compact, swarovski earrings, paying 35 bucks towards their hair.

For my MOH, I got her a nice watch

i only have my sister and she is my maid of honour. not sure what i am getting her, but i am thinking a nice necklace, like tiffany or something. i am looking to spend about 200-300. we are very close and i want to get her something nice.

ETA: for the BM i am leaving that up to FH. it is his brother, so he can decide what would be a good gift. maybe i will try to lean him to nice cufflinks or something. he is metro, so he loves nice fashion pieces.

I saw on theknot.com they recommend about $75 or so per BM. I am paying for their MU and MU tip and I got them cute jewlery boxes that were engraved at Things Remembered that I actually need to bring back b/c I don't like the job that they did so far and I am trying to make them necklaces with Swarovski (can't spell) crystals- so far they look nice! If I buy them necklaces I need to keep it to about $15 per each of the 6 BM and 20 or so for the 2 MOH. FH is looking at his options for the guys but I want him to spend about $60 (the guys don't shell out as much or do as much- they are lucky they are getting anything with all of the "help" they have been!) It's not easy and it's adding up!

In addition, I got my MOH a swarovski bracelet that she wanted and I'm taking her for a manicure/pedicure the day before the wedding.

Per BM I spent $80. On my MOH, it will be about $130-140.

hmm. i think i am going to buy their shoes bc i want dyeable (dresses are tea length). i want to get them day of jewelry, i found a pearl illusion necklace ($35) and pearl stud earrings ($20) i like on the carolee website. i would also like to get them something for not the day of, like a coach wristlet ($50). i will get my moh something else (maybe a coach gift card). its gonna add up fast bc i have 5 bm's 1 jr and a fg and the same amount of guys, but they are getting $50 gift cards to bestbuy. ~lacey

I got the BM a necklace and earrings set and a nice Fossil watch each

The GM are just getting Fossil watches.

We're spending about $100 a piece.

The BMs will get dress/charm watches; jewelry to wear the day of and a monogramed tote bag. I might do add something else - like a GC for a manicure the day of, but it depends on how much $$ is left in the budget. I spent about $50-$60 each.

I'm doing a gift of beauty for each of my 5 BM's- tote bags, gc for spa mani/pedi or massage depending on the girl, makeup from MAC, personalized compact and I also got their day of jewelry which is necklace and earrings. I'm spending about $120 per girl. My sister is the the MOH and I'm getting her tickets to a play in NYC plus the day of jewelry. FH is in charge of the GM gifts but he hasn't picked anything out yet.

I got the girls (all 7) a home pedicure set and an engraved compact with their name.

For the ring bearers we got a train coin bank. They both love Thomas the train

I'm clueless so far for the flower girl

And FH plans on getting an engraved liquor flask for his guys

we got the women matching necklaces and we got the men monogrammed black leather dopp kits.

we have a very tight budget, so each one was about $40.

So far I've gotten my girls a cute "leather" box with their initial on it from Target - bargain - $9.99. Plus there is a picture insert on top - so I can put a picture of us (me & the particular BM). I plan on putting the gifts inside this box and then they can use it to hold crap in later. I also bought cute little fushia pink wristlet's from Hold Everything - also $9.99 on sale - I'm hoping they match the dresses...which are pink sorbet with a black chiffon overlay. I plan on buying them their bridal jewelry and I'm paying for my MOH's dress.

I only have 3 girls to worry about. Don't know what FH will do for the guys.

I think I want to buy my girls those little purse mirrors that are engraved. I saw them at things remembered. I'm probably going to get them their earing and necklace or bracelet for the day of the wedding. I'm also paying for their hair to get done that day. I think that's enough. The guys' are FH responsibility

Thus far, I bought all adult girls a necklace and matching earrings to wear the day of. I am planning on getting them a small bag/pocketbook for the day of as well. Depending on when they all get to New York, I will try to do manicure and pedicure for each, and then something personalized to each girl. I have no idea what to get my FG, but I haven't asked her mother what she would like yet either - so that will help me decide.

FH is in charge of the guys, but he keeps asking me what I think he should get them. Considering I only know one of them well (BM who introduced us) met one of them yesterday for the first time, another I met once over the summer, and the 4th guy I kind of know, but not well, I don't understand why he thinks I can answer this question.

I am paying for their hair, manicures and pedicures, got them 18k gold necklaces and earrings from a great shop in NYC. Also got them monogrammed compacts and had shawls made for them, and got them little purses by Yasmena.

FH is getting them the video ipods.
