How do I post my wedding gown on this site ?

I want to post a pic of my wedding dress on this site. I just saw it on the knot.com

I'm sorry I never posted anything before. When you go to www.theknot.com you select Amalia Carrara by eve of milady and it is the 5th gown (gold dress).

Here's how you do it (assuming you're running on a Windows computer, not a mac) -

When you see the picture, right click on it, you'll get a drop down list.

Choose "Properties"

You'll get a window that gives you information about the picture, including a web address - it will start "http://www..." most likely.

Highlight and copy that web address.

Then come back here to post. On the left under the smileys, you'll see a list. One of the options is "Insert Web Image". Copy the web address from the properties window into that.

Then hit post! That should work!

Ok, so I just checked for the dress. The web address is too long, you won't be able to get the whole thing. SO I right clicked on the picture (or at least what I think is the picture) and saved it on my computer, so I'll post it.

Is this your dress?

If you save this thread, you can just follow my original instructions using the copy I posted for printing it again.

you dont need to even save it.

Right click on the picture in this thread. Go to properties. Copy the link. Then start your own thread. And under the smilies on the left it says insert web image.. Click on that and paste the link in the box and hit submit.

I always do that because I have the worst time with resizing.
