NWR: Anyone want to start a workout log in Slim Down?
I just posted this at Slim Down - but here it is again... I'm hoping to get this started after New Years...
We can post our weekly workouts, weight lost, etc - like how many days of cardio, weight training, how many pounds and reps we are up to - and we don't have to post weight unless you want to, but we can post weekly updates how many pounds lost - what do you all say? Might keep us all motivated, and maybe discover soemthing that works for us that we can all share...
Let me know... Just go to Slim Down in NWR...

I'm with you, girl. I really want to lose 10 pounds and it seems hopeless  I need inspiration, and for some reason getting married isn't doing it.

I'm with you....I have 4 months to lose 30 lbs. I managed to lose 22lbs in 2 1/2 months, so I know I can pull this off. But the holidays has me completely shot.
I'm hoping to start again tomorrow before the "new years resolution" crowd starts at the gym.
