NWR: Anyone want to start a workout log in "Slim Down?"
I just posted this at Slim Down - but here it is again... I'm hoping to get this started after New Years...
We can post our weekly workouts, weight lost, etc - like how many days of cardio, weight training, how many pounds and reps we are up to - and we don't have to post weight unless you want to, but we can post weekly updates how many pounds lost - what do you all say? Might keep us all motivated, and maybe discover soemthing that works for us that we can all share...
Let me know... Just go to Slim Down in NWR...

This is a good idea i am willing. This will definately oush more to lose weight. At WW I was so obligated to lose weight cuz i knew i had to weight in now that i am a lifetime memeber im slacking off but really want to get back on track.

Yayeee - just come on to Slim Down after the New Year - hopefully I remember - I've been flaking out lately...

OK - we will talk details Jan 1 - OR the 1st week of January....
Whichever comes first - my guess is that noone will be raring to go with their workouts Jan 1, being that they may have partied all night Dec 31?

I know what you mean! Last night was my first workout since around Thanksgiving because I've been busy every night - I didn't gain weight because I don't eat unless I'm at a patry (unhealthy - I know, but I'm desparate when I can't get to my workouts...) I had to stop every 5 minutes for water...
