Water's Edge Long Island City
Hi Everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone has been to or heard of the Water's Edge in Long Island City? I'm going to look at it on Saturday and just wanted to hear any reviews on it.

I haven't been there for a party but the food is great. I have heard that it is beautiful for parties. The view is very nice. You get the whole Manhattan skyline!!!

The views are amazing at Water's Edge.
I have never been to a wedding there, but I have had dinner there. The food and service were great. I wasn't a big fan of the surrounding area (looked like there was an auto body shop right next to the entrance).

I was at a wedding there in October 2004....the area surrounding it is all factories...a bit scary...the view is spectaculaar....mixed reviews on the food...i think it was just what the bride chose....the cocktail hour didnt have enough food, the entree was delicious, i was not sure what the item we had before the entree was...overall a very nice, hospitable place...

I went to a wedding in October 2004 also.
I loved the place. Food was plentiful and delicious.
The only fault was that I had to leave the CH room while they opened up the wall for the reception. I didnt like that part.
