Duet Brides - Please post your Jay pix
Deciding whether or not to request a specific Duet photographer...have heard lots of good things about them all...would like to see Jay's work specifically.

We booked Jay's team. If you go to the studio, just see what photos you like the best and ask who took them. That is what we did. We were actually torn between Jay & Wu, and I just picked Jay. I've seen tons of Duet samples on here & I think they all do a great job. I haven't read one bad review on them.

IMO ... I couldn't really tell the difference with any of the albums... I went with Jay b/c he was one of the most popular Duet photographers.

When we went to Duet, we loved all of their albums - but I've heard so much about Jay...Part of me is thinking of requesting him, but then another part says to go with the roll of the dice...the outcome won't be bad.

I just wanted to add that Jay did our engagement shoot and he will be one of the photographers for our wedding. We went to their Manhattan new studio opening the other night, and I was so impressed because Jay walked right up to us and called us by our names, and I just couldn't believe that he remembered us! I mean, think about all the photo shoots he has everyday, and he even remembered certain things we had discussed with him....I just thought he was so professional!

I also met Jay the other night and he is VERy nice and down to earth.
I can't wait to work with him-- I see him calming my nerves the day of.
