actually, another quick question. do you think they can easily fill saturdays in sept? meaning, would they not care if you signed because they can find someone else easily?

I don't think I understand what you are asking? Do you mean, like if you sign and then back out? I'm sure they would CARE, but I'm also sure they'd fill it. But they do fill up very quickly. We booked really far in advance.
