Pics of my DIY cake topper!
I finally completed this! I must admit that while I had fun, this took a LONG time. My monogram cake topper is HUGE and I don't even know that it can fit on the cake. I'll have to bring it to Fox Hollow next week. I got the monogram from ebay and the crystals from artbeads.com. I spray painted the monogram silver and glued 12, 16 & 20 ss "crystal" Swarovski crystals to it.
Please be honest and tell me what you think! My "son", Mac, decided to come see what I was doing in the last few pics!

I did initially mean the cake topper was gorgeous as I am generally not a cat fan (major allergy sufferer) but if I were to choose to have a cat, I would choose one as gorgeous as Mac! Now I am humming Bobby Darin songs!

I love my son Mac! I do feel like he is my child
My cake topper is 7 inches... in hindsight, I didn't pay attention to what I was ordering. If I can't use it on the cake, I think I am going to try to mount it to something and put it on the dais. This thing is being displayed one way or another!
I had a good time doing it... anyone wants me to make them, just let me know!
