Good rate for labor day wknd 2006 at Hilton Garden Inn?
My RFP came back at $139 a night for the Hilton Garden Inn for labor day wknd 2006. Does that rate seem ok for those of you that have blocked rooms or should I push back? I thought I had seen some people get it for $119, but not sure if that was a holiday wknd.

We were given a rate of $129 in late October last year.
I think for a holiday weekend - that is a great rate!

We had $119 for Columbus Day weekend....so I would push for the $119. (but, we had a LOT of rooms....74)

I got a rate of $129 for Labor Day weekend at Holiday inn Express in Hauppauge. I was happy with that.
