NWR: Party Menu Help!! w/ poll
Hi Girls, I'm throwing my BM's a little party and I wanted your opinions on my menu!!! Along w/ our usual triscits w/ cheese and pirates booty, I would like to serve some or all of the following options. There will be wine, beer, and soda for drinks. (please excuse my spelling errors!)
1) My famous nachos and dip (vegetarian chilli beans w/ low-fat sour cream, cheese, and salsa, served hot)
2) Spinache dip presented in a pumpernickel bread bowl w/ pieces of the bread on toothpicks to dip
3) Cucumber bowls filled w/ tomato, red onion, feta cheese w/ a dressing (similar to Greek salad)
4) Cold antipasto kabobs (sweet red pepper, cauliflower/yellow squash/ tomato/ monterey jack cheese/baby shrimp, marinated in italian dressing
5) Italian-Style Deviled Eggs w/ green olives and capers (minus the anchovy)
6) Veggie and dip platter w/ tomatoes/cucumbers/celery/brocolli/carrots
For dessert, I'm making all of them a cupcake, for all the birthdays I have missed or going to miss, due to my current job/wedding, and candy coated strawberries. The party will start at 8PM, the day after Thanksgiving and there will be 8 girls there, inc. me. Thanks for your opinions!!!

All sounds yummy! I would just leave out the Deviled eggs only because, to me, it seems to go against the theme of the rest of the food. JMHO!

Menu sounds good to me....I even like the deviled eggs, but then again I'm a BIG deviled egg fan, so I could be bias.

Re: NWR: Party Menu Help!! w/ poll
You guys!! I need your help!! The reason I'm asking if I should even serve all of it is that
-It's a later party after dinner time
-The day after Thanksgiving when everyone's full
-Some of the girls there aren't the biggest eaters!
I don't want to waste time or food, so please pick the best ones! Thanks!

Re: NWR: Party Menu Help!! w/ poll
The best 3 IMO:
#1 Spinache dip presented in a pumpernickel bread bowl w/ pieces of the bread on toothpicks to dip
#2 Veggie and dip platter w/ tomatoes/cucumbers/celery/brocolli/carrots
#3 Cold antipasto kabobs (sweet red pepper, cauliflower/yellow squash/ tomato/ monterey jack cheese/baby shrimp, marinated in italian dressing
ETA: I am making develied eggs now! You got me in the mood!!
