Re: Favorite Food
Chicken cordon bleu
I have cutlets filleted for me by the butcher I roll cutlets around ham, Swiss and fresh mutz
I use medal sticks to hold the rolls together
I then flour, egg and bread the rolls My bread crumbs are two parts flavored 4C crumbs one part Lipton onion mix
Set over to 450, coat tin with a good 1/8th inch of olive oil
Cook for 35 minutes or when oil is sizzling and rolls are golden brown. I serve with rice pilaf or cous cous
now now, I didn't say it was necessarily healthy, but BOY is it divine!!!!!!

Cotton Candy! (is that considered a "real" food?). I have a cotton candy maker at home - all I have to do is turn it on and add sugar!

ROULARDEN!
I haven't attempted to make it yet, but did take notes last time my mom made it. My FH doesn't like it, and it's too much work for one person to eat, so for now I just have it when I visit MOM!

Re: Favorite Food
I try to make a new dish once a week. It then becomes the ONLY dish I make that week LOL With a tiny Manhattan apartment kitchen, I have to get creative
I also love to make: beef and broccoli stir fry, stuffed peppers with rice and chopped meat (for the vegetarians I substitute with curry and baggies) sesame chicken penne with garlic chicken and broccoli lasagne veggie delicious!!!!!
He, on the other hand, is the baker and the Best thing I make is sushi reservations
