help! NWR- cooking chicken - oven roaster!

NWR- cooking chicken - oven roaster! im cooking chicken - its about 7.5 lbs and has been in the oven since 5 pm- its now 720 the pop -up thingy hasnt popped but i dont want it to be dry. pleaser help! could it be possible the popup thing is broken? thanks!

That seems like a long time but I'm not sure. I'd take it out and cut into it, you'll be able to tell if it's done or not. Sorry I'm not more help.
