I can't pick between the two, I had a really GREAT experience dealing with Sir Oliver (Jennifer is a sweetheart) but I ended up going with Royalty because they had the cars that I needed. My initial impression of Royalty was less than stellar when I called them, but when I met with Manny, he was great and I feel good about our decision.

Good luck, both are very reputable companies!

royalty had a lot more cars and beat sir oliver's price by several hundred $$$

plus, i didn't like rich's attitude with me. he basically said he wouldn't lower the price because he knew he would find someone who would book at the price he was asking. i thought that was obnoxious. manny was much nicer to deal with and DID lower the price

We used sir oliver and they were great! They were also cheaper than Royalty in our case.

We liked Royalty better.

We had an appt with Sir Oliver, but we drove all the way there to find the place closed. Then I was told I should have called to confirm that day. Ummm we only set the appt 2 days before!!!

The pricing was about the same in our case.

Royalty told me I would have to pay for the limo to return from East Wind to their showroom in Franklin Square. And Manny told me the classic cars couldn't go out that far, although he said it in front of the mechanic who promptly corrected him and said so long as it wasn't pouring or snowing the car would go there.

I never talked to Rich at Sir Oliver, only Jennifer, and mostly through e-mail.

I got a phenomenal price from Serenity Limos (one of EW recommended vendors, the other being Sir Oliver), so I went with them. Not to mention that I met with Eddie, the owner, and he was GREAT!! He promised to be my driver for the day and even wrote it on the contract. He just bought new limos last week!

i am going to go with royalty, because i know 4 people who have used them for their weddings and they have had very good experiences.

I love Sir Oliver they were the best! Rich is such a nice guy!! we had the hummer and it was awesome!! I would go with them hands down!!

Booked royalty - one 14 passenger limo for bridal party - and one 1947 Buick for bride and groom - 3 hours - $850.

Will post review after service, but I've had no complaints so far.

I went with Sir Oliver because they worked with me on the price and they were very nice.

i cant truthfully say who i like better since technically i havent used either yet, but i went with Sir Oliver because when I called royalty the person i spoke to was NOT very nice to me...and he also told me that the car i wanted would not make it all the way to wading river...so even if we did like them, we werent changing our car for them... Si oliver has the best customer service from any limo company i spoke to and they come highly recommended on LIW

We used Royalty and they were AWESOME! Definitely would use them again in a heartbeat. We had a 1949 Rolls and an Escalade and both drivers were so nice and on time and knew exactly where they were going. Deal with Manny and tell him you are from LIW to get a discount.

DH and I went with Royalty. For us the obvious choice as we live in the area and have used them for proms etc... Manny is great to work with and for selection, they have a lot to choose from. They were wonderful on my wedding day. They were early and the drivers were great. They actually were trying to make me less nervous before I was walking down the aisle. I highly recommend them.
