MY SHOWER WAS TODAY!!!! (updated with pics)
I was so totally surprised, it was wonderful!! The entire day really made me realize how much I am loved and how much people are really happy for Carl and I. I am still trying to process it all. My mom, sister and sister-in-law all traveled from NC, my Grandma was there from PA, it was just so wonderful. I can't believe all the things that were going on behind my back and how clueless I was.
I will post pictures as soon as I get some. What a great day!!!!

Yes, for the most part they were. But I felt weird about all the gifts. It just seems like so much stuff. I know it will help us start our lives together, but I don't know, I guess I just have to get used to it. The best gift of all to me was not from the registry, it was the shower and having my family there from NC!!
