Hotel rooms for OOT guests

I know this question has already been answered somewhere, but I can't find it.
What hotels are you using for OOT guests and what rate did you get? If you have a contact you spoke with that you can pass along that would as be very helpful.

You should inquire at the Holiday Inn next to your hall, they will probably give you a good deal. I stayed there once after a wedding & thebar stayed open until after 4am for us. We had a good after party there!

We booked the Radisson at exit 63 for $109/night. The sales persons name is Jamie and she was very helpful.

Next year all the beds there will be sleep number beds - a big plus!

We booked the Islandia Marriott for $99 per night.

We used the Hilton Garden Inn in Ronkonkoma. $129 per night. I spoke with Therese (I think that is what her name was). She was very helpful.

They do block, but can't give the rates for more than 365 days away, below are the current rates.
What are the rates for each night? $134.99 double, $144.99 buisness King.
Is breakfast included? No
Do they provide any type of shuttle service to and from the reception if a certain # of rooms are booked? No
How long before the date are the rooms held? 30 days

Holiday Inn Westbury 516-997-5000 Jeanette, group sales
They go on a 48 week schedule so they can't give rates for our date, below are current rates
What are the rates for each night? $145-$149. Regularly $169
Is breakfast included? Yes Continental Breakfast for Two per room
Do they provide any type of shuttle service to and from the reception if a certain # of rooms are booked? No
How long before the date are the rooms held? 6 Weeks

Hyatt Wind Watch 126/night...may be kinda far for you guests, but they redid the hotel and it looks great.

I'm using the Wingate Inn on Old Country Road right near your hall and they are amazing!

I got a special winter rate and I'm booking one bridal suite for 2 nights and another smaller one for 1. We got 129 per night, I'm staying there with the OOT guests and any BM that would like to stay are free. The big suite sleeps 6 and they gladly bring in cots. If we get our hair and makeup done in the room they are bringing up breakfast and only charging me for some of the girls b/c some of the bridal party is from OOT. They will specially set up the room with extra tables and then rearange it when we leave however we want it for when we return. That's our after party place so they'll set that up. THey don't have a restaurant or real bar to speak of but their suites are the best I've seen (better than the LI Marriot in Uniondale) and it's fairly new.

The usual group rate is 149 now. They hold rooms until 30 days prior and will contract 14 pass vans if we need them.

The hotel right next to your hall is a good option too! Good luck!

I am staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ronkonkoma. 119/night was the rate I was quoted

Try best western bar harbour inn in massapequa. They also have suites that can sleep 6 people. I spoke to Marcine and she was really helpful. 516-541-2000
