We actually do need the rain...it stinks when you want to be out...but it makes our trees and flowers perty.

this is a bit riduculous though... it feels like forever since Ive seen the sun 
However, if it was the weekend, i could curl up in my sweats with a cup of tea and read a nice book.

I was just thinking this! Its so hard to stay awake when it rains like this. My backyard is full of huge puddles etc, but the school yard is greener than I have ever seen it!

OK...I'm guilty...I'm one of those "weirdoes" that loves the rain. I think it's a blessing and I actually prayed for rain on my wedding day (it's supposed to be a blessing on the marriage)....I was ecstatic when it started pouring during pictures. Yes, I'm odd!
ETA:
October has been an overly wet month so far (and we're only mid way through  ) but Sept and August were very dry...
