Okay Ladies, I think it's time for another count down!

32 days!!!

What's left to do:

Make programs
Make menus
buy remainder of BM gifts
buy groomsmen and parent gifts
final head count and payment to hall
book limo
put day of emergency kit together
second dress fitting (next week)
p/u FH wedding ring (today)
final play list to the band
2nd meeting w/officiant
drop shoes to be dyed
shop for honeymoon
table arrangements & make place cards
order favors which we are using as place cards

ETA: REMEMBER TO BREATHE!!!!

25 Days!

1. Plan reception: place cards, place card holders, seating arrangements, etc. (Some of this is done already).

2. Select and order wedding cake (It's an ice cream cake from Carvel, so it's just a matter of assembly at this point - I have to buy Wilton three tier floating cake stand from Michael's).

3. Prepare OOT welcome baskets

4. Put together slipper baskets

5. Finish ring bearer pillow, unity candle, centerpieces.

6. Speak to florist about personal flowers.

7. Purchase or make ceremony programs (My friend Susan has graciously offered to do these for me!)

8. Song selections, timelines, and all details with all vendors (This is mostly done.)

9. Attend gown fittings (I attended a few of these already)

10. Break in wedding day shoes

11. Obtain Marriage License (TODAY!!)

12. Shop & pack for Honeymoon (we have to figure out where we're going).

13. Set aside time to write thank you notes for shower gifts (I HAVE, HAVE, HAVE to do this!)

14. Prepare Day-of Timeline and give a copy to each vendor along with copies of must-take photo lists, etc

15. Send out wedding announcements to local paper

16. Confirm all final payments, schedule, pick up times, head count, etc with all vendors

17. Confirm HM reservations and travel arrangements

18. Create a “wedding box” to gather ceremony accessories (marriage license,
candles, ring pillow, basket, guest book) a
nd assign someone to transport.

19. Prepare a “reception box” for accessories such as guest books, cameras, toasting
goblets, cake toppers, etc., and assign someone to transport

20. Prepare day-of emergency kit

21. Prepare any speeches or toasts

22. Place tips for each vendor in envelopes

2/ Finish another 50 menus
3/ Finish ribbon wands
4/ Shoes for RD
5/ Alterations for RD dress
6/ Finalize BM gifts / get MOH something extra
7/ Get prom dress for bachelorette party
8/ Go over songs and timeline with band
9/ Pack for HM
10/ Directions for photographer and limo drivers
11/ Finalize seating
12/ Finish placecards

I'm sure there's more... I just am having a brain fart.

Confirm with Florists.
Decorate Mailbox.
Relax.

wrap BP gifts
pick up votive candle "place cards" from vendor
drop off all the items at the reception hall on the 24th..
go for my final.. final fitting on the 18th and pick up dress
have fun at our RD on the 27th!!

5. E-mail DJ final play/do not play list
6. Must take photo list (mostly done)
