Not letting me change my chat aviator

I can't seem to get a new picture up for my chat aviator... anyone know what to do? I've tried deleting the old one and uploading the new one, but it won't change!!

I did and i still see the old picture. This is bizarre to me. Maybe I should restart the computer? I'll try that.

go to MY ACCOUNt then click on the box the says delete picture near the browseer

Ok this is weird!!! I deleted both pictures, I saw nothing then. Then I uploaded the new pictures and then I saw the old pictures!!!

How bizarre. How bizzare.

F5 isn't helping either.

that's the picture I want there... but no matter what I do, I still see the old picture that I had up there.

That's beacuse your computer saved that pic as a cookie. I see your new pic. It might take a little while for you to see it once you log on. In the meantime you can hit F5 to see the pic we see.

GOT IT!! I restarted the (BEEP) computer and it's all good now!!

Not going to bother any more with this, but it still isn't working.

I'm trying to play around with different pictures to see what shows the best and no matter what I do it continues to go back to the original picture.

You are seeing a cached photo. If F5 doesn't clear it up it is usually because you are on AOL (don't know if you are). But if this is the case AOL has it cached on their end. Try holding down the Control (Ctrl) key and at the same time hit the F5 key. This should force AOL to go to our server for the newest version of the page. If that doesn't work you may just have to wait a day till they update on their end.
