How long is too long to wait for the album/video? i am annoyed that they asked for the $$$$ upfront then i have to wait so long for my stuff. I heard a few people say a moth, is that true or is it longer?

i got my video and albums in about 6 months. i've heard of some ppl who took more than a year to recieve their's. now that's nuts! it kinda takes the magic away, ya know.

We didn't get a video, but we got our album 4 months after we chose what photos we wanted.

I got mine in less than a month. I paid in full two weeks before the wedding.

yes, they asked us to pay in full months before wedding. they were recommended by westbury manor so I wasnt concerned that they were leaving but I cant believe that I would have to wait while they are already paid.

We had to pay the balance of our contract when we picked up the proofs. I was shocked. I can't see why a certain percentage-- even if it's a very small percentage-- shouldn't be payable when the whole job is complete. That would make much more sense to me...

we are still working on layouts - they are all custom work with our own backgrounds etc - so we havent finalized our album yet and it is 11 months since the wedding 9 months since i first gave in the proofs.
i dont think there is a right amount of time - depends on what you are doing with it, how many times it has to be sent back etc.
the video - dont have that yet either mostly my fault - i wanted a picture in it that needed to be restored so that took forever.
