I am off to go close on my new home that is being built in 2 hrs. We have been going through this closing process for months now. Something always happened a tthe last minute and there were cancellations. I am so excited i cant eat and I couldnt sleep last night. I will probably be away for most of the weekend. Everyone have a great weekend!
I am not a land owner.The home is being built so i wont be a homeowner until 6 months. So that would be April. But construction is set to start in the next 30 days. Yipeeeeeeeeee
