Watermill Brides/Guests (Repost from BHB)
I am going to the Watermill tonight to choose our menu! 
Can anyone give me any recommendations? Have you had/been to a wedding at the Watermill and thought something in particular was worth including on the menu (cocktail or dinner)? Thank you so much!

I heard from others that filet mignon, one of the main course, doesn't taste good.

We ended up choosing the Chateaubriand, which I've heard is excellent.
We also chose the Chicken/Asparagus/Mozzarella Dish and the Asian Salmon (with Japanese breadcrumbs).
We were starving when it was over! The Watermill gives you TONS of food during the cocktail hour, we cannot believe it.

The food was pretty good. If you have the seafood boat make sure they put out crackers (they didn't for the wedding I was at, and people couldn't open the claws).

Which menu do you have? I have prestige menu.
I heard there are diff. menu.
Did u upgrade anything with them?

I have the Prestige menu, too.
We are having the cappucino/cordial/espresso bar in addition to the menu.
