Maggie Sottero Dresses
I have a question. I am in love with Maggie Sottero dresses and want to try more on. So I went to her website and wrote down some of the stores that carry her on the island. But I'm a plus size bride. Does anyone know if any other these store have plus size samples to try on?

OMG YES!! Lillettes in Baldwin, they are on Merrick Road. That is where I put a deposit on my Maggie, and I'm plus size. I got to try it on.. they have a lot of various sizes. I highly reccomend them. Im going back on Friday to re-try on my dress, maybe a couple of more just to make SURE that is the one and probably give my measurments to order the dress..... I love Lilettes, but I strongly reccomend you call to make an appointment to go in!.. GOOD LUCK!!!

Congrats on finding your dress? Which one did you choose? Thanks for the info. I'll call them tomorrow morning!

I originally went with the katherine.. i think she has two katheries actually ..i dont know why there must be a difference in the spelling that i'm not catching.. but, its on her website, towards the end .. i love the dress in person but i hate it in the pictues! i put my deposit down in december and was living out of state at the time so when i moved back i was like.. uggh i hate the dress in pics maybe this isnt the dress for me, then i went back last weekend b/c the dress is being discontinued and i have to order it by october 13th.. SOOOOO.. i went there last saturday and they were so busy, but they took the dress out for me to see and i saw it and just knew it was the one.. BUT THEN.. another girl was there trying on a maggie and she looked amazing, so i saw that dress up close and now am going to try that on when i go friday.. wheewww.. that was probably more than you wanted to know..hehe.. but i love lillettes, i was reccomended to them by another plus size bride.. really give them a visit!!! GOOD LUCK!!

Another one to try is Fantasia Bridal in Rocky Point....I am getting my Maggie there...I chose Kayla Marie and I love it!!! I am plus size also and they seem to have quite a few....good luck

Yes. In fact, she has quite a few with "cap" sleeves. I thought I wanted cap sleeves but I tried them on and they look horrible on me. They make my shoulders look wider but they're so pretty on other girls.
