Looking for a 2 BR apartment...
Anyone know of a 2 BR apartment for rent that takes pets (one cat)? DH and I are considering moving to LI or Queens...any suggestions would be so welcome!

Hmmmm......
My cousin is moving out of her Long Beach apartment next month. This place is to die for. Its literally steps away from the beach. Would you like me to ask her how to get in touch with the owners? I think she's paying about $1800 for it. Its a 2 bedroom ground level apartment.

Hey Sasha. Just found these in Queens on craigslist. All are 2BR (unless noted), by-owner (no fee), and cats are ok.
$1400 Fresh Meadows
$1300, 3BR, Ridgewood
$1100, Ridgewood
$1400, Fresh Meadows (incl backyard use)

Its out of my cousin's price range too, that's why she's moving out. But I figured I'd mention it. I'll keep my eyes out for you around my area. There's always tons of apartments around here

check out apartments.com and even yahoo real estate... theyre both pretty good.
I'll keep an eye out for you.
Know whats funny. I considered Brooklyn & Queens Long Island. Am I the only one?

Try east coast realtors on bell blvd. THey got our apt for us in Bayside. Our bldg allows pets.
